2. The web site, its contents, terms and conditions and contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.

4. By clicking the 'Confirm Order' button to submit your order on the checkout screen you are offering to buy goods at the price stated subject to our terms and conditions.

5. All prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling and include FREE delivery via Royal Mail Recorded delivery within Mainland UK. All deliveries to non-UK addresses will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Service with FREE delivery for overseas orders with a total value of greater than £500 Sterling. Overseas orders with an order value below £500 sterling will be subject to a delivery charge which will be indicated when you checkout. Please select your Country when ordering. Tiffany Richards Diamonds. reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

6. We aim to deliver within seven working days from receipt of order for items that are not made to order but certain items can take up to 5 weeks. Approximate delivery times will be indicated in the confirmation e-mail. All deliveries are subject to payment authorisation. If an item is temporarily out of stock and/or delivery is anticipated to be greater than that indicated for that item, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to agree a new delivery date, or arrange a refund. We cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer as a result of late delivery or cancellation of your order. 7. A binding contract is formed only when you receive confirmation from us that your order has been accepted. You may cancel your order within 7 days of receiving your goods and you will receive a full refund providing you take reasonable care of the goods while in your possession and return the goods by Royal Mail special delivery within the 7 days.

8. Under our 7 day money back guarantee, if for any reason you not entirely happy with your purchase, we will give a full refund or exchange provided that goods are returned to us in the condition sent, by Royal Mail Special delivery, within 7 days of you having received them. NB: Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of earrings except as detailed in clause 10, or rings due to the wrong size being ordered or if they are engraved, specially made or re-sized at your request or approval.  If we agree to a refund after the 7 Days we will charge a 10% of price paid surcharge that will be deducted from your refund amount.

Resizes are normally subject to a charge of between £5 and £25 depending on the type of ring and the extent of the change. If goods are exchanged the exchange items are also not subject to the Moneyback Guarantee.

9. Many of our items have a Price Match Guarantee. Where this applies to a particular item it will be stated in the detailed product specification. If an item has this guarantee we will match the price off any like for like offer available through a UK based internet site. If you manage to find such an offer please use the Contact Us to receive the Price Match Guarantee.

10. Please check the goods on delivery. If goods are delivered damaged of faulty you must inform us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange collection and replacement at our expense. This clause also applies to earrings. If you do not inform us within 7 days we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

11. We accept on- line & telephone payment by all the major credit and debit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Delta, by Natwest Streamline. There is also an option to set up an installment scheme of 6 or 12 monthly payment, please e-mail us at info@tiffanyrichards.co.uk to request more information.

12. If you wish to pay by cheque simply select payment by personal cheque when you reach the payment screen. When you receive confirmation of the order from Tiffany Richards Diamonds send a Cheque in UK Pounds sterling made payable to Tiffany Richards Diamonds. Please write your order number and e-mail address on the reverse of the cheque. The order will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared which typically takes four working days. With Exceptions (See clause number 7)

13. To order goods you must be least 18 years of age.

14. Images may not show the actual size of items. ALL sizes, weights and measurements are approximate and are included for guidance only.

15. All personal details entered by our customers remain secure on our server until orders are downloaded and processed. We will endeavor to take all reasonable care, in so far as it is possible to do so to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures un-authorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering.

17. Tiffany Richards Diamonds reserves the right to refuse the supply of goods at its discretion.

18. If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.

19. Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
